Muse(TM）Count&Viability Reagent (600 tests)

The Muse^(TM) Count & Viability Kit ー240mL (Part Number: MCH600103) allows for the quantitative analysis of cell count and viability on the Guava^(R) Muse^(TM) Cell Analyzer. It is a rapid and reliable alternative to trypan blue exclusion. The Muse Count & Viability Kit provides absolute cell count and viability data on cell suspensions from a variety of cultured mammalian cell lines. Both viable and non-viable cells are differentially stained based on their permeability to the DNA-binding dyes in the reagent. Data generated with the Muse Count & Viability Software Module provides:

●Viable cell count (cells/mL)
●Total cell count (cells/mL)
●Percentage viability of sample
